ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

Quality is a priority in our company FABRI-KIT, S.L., therefore, we consider it essential to develop at all levels of the organization within the Quality System in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Also, adapting to an increasingly competitive market and focusing on our commitment to sustainable development, we have introduced an Environmental Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015. Our main objective is to guarantee the maintenance of the quality of our products, both in design and manufacture of wooden furniture and in its commercialization. We also want to ensure the continuous improvement of the service to our customers, since we are aware that this is an indispensable condition to ensure your satisfaction and, therefore, the continuity of the company.

Knowing the environmental impacts generated by our household furniture design and production activities and being aware of the main environmental aspects such as the waste generated in the process and the huge competition of the sector, we express our commitment to comply with the requirements of the standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015 and constantly improve in order to achieve compliance with the following objectives:

– Fulfilling in every moment the requirements of the customers, and other interested parties, and the legal and regulatory requirements associated with our activity, since it is necessary to achieve the required level of quality and the total satisfaction of our customers.

– Commitment to the protection of the environment and other specific commitments corresponding to the context of the organization.

– Comply both with current legislation in environmental matters and with the internal requirements of the organization, as well as with others that the company subscribes.

– Minimize the environmental impacts that our activity could cause.

– Promote continuous improvements and prevention of pollution.

The quality and the achievement of the proposed objectives are only achieved through the collaboration of all our staff, so we promote information and training of our team as a basis for the continuous improvement of processes and the integrated management system.
